Hi, my name is Judy - I'm a mom to three amazing kids and I've used whole foods, natural remedies and essential oils to care for my family's health for nearly 25 years.

 

During that time and for more than 20 years I owned a very successful CPA firm/Tax practice and in my mid-40's realized I wasn't living my passion.

"I wanted to make a difference, help people and reduce my stress."

 

While searching for a natural solution for my son's focus and attention issues, I found the missing piece to the puzzle in essential oils. So I decided to change careers and do something I love - I started A Better Body Within LLC, am a graduate of the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, a certified Holistic Health Coach and an Aromatouch Technique Certified Instructor. This education paired perfectly with the lifestyle I had already been living.

It is my passion to inspire people to take back control of their own health by learning ways to manage their stress, reduce their toxic load and choose to eat whole foods to achieve optimal health.

 

I love to mentor and empower women to find their voice, step into their power and make a difference - whether in their own homes or by joining me in making a difference globally - the choice is yours and I'm here to guide you on your journey.

 

I have had the opportunity to travel the globe, experiencing first hand the impact that is being made using the co-impact sourcing model that my preferred brand of essential oils, dōTERRA, uses.

 

I've worked alongside the families in the villages as we help build schools, or healthcare facilities or bring water into their villages. I've looked into the mother's eyes as tears flow with gratitude for what we are doing together, each caring and loving on each other as we share our message with the world.

 

This tugs at my heart, every person I'm able to help achieve their health goals is also helping another family feed, clothe and educate their children, raising their standard of living.
